i think youre paraphrasing a bit inaccurately the talk of the dropping price vs the announcement was due more to do with the volume and the free falling price. the day before the announcement had a huge spike in volume.
the sell off here is probably due to EOFY and writing off some losses. lets face it... there arent many people who bought in this FY that are in profit. volumes are quite low. sellers out nunbering buyers again. take away the 1.2 million on offer at 5 cents there isnt much there on the buy side.
q3 is shaping up to be great for lbt if they pull it off. some sales are still required but fda, distributor, ce marking. my sentiment js buy due to this despite lbt being an absolute train wreck of a stock over the last 12 months.
funny you should say the announcement coming after a price dropping fda could come tomorrow, could come never, could come next week. only a select few know.
