there is something shifty going on with the shorts. i believe the shorts last time were to allow lbt to raise at 16 cents.
last fda approval sent the share price from 7 cents to 21 at close. this was may 2019. lbt did a cap raise a week or two later at 14.5. it fell to 10 cents by september 2019 before a steady rise to 20ish cents november 2019.

if you look at the history chart lbt take a few steps forward but then just as many steps back. 9 cents imo is a good price. history shows it normally goes up again but expect a lot of resistance from 14-20 this time.
