I am entitled to > 1m shares in the rights issue & would take more but have been exchanging e-mails with RC & I have said exactly that - any final decision to participate rests on what happens with NT AND what they layout as the path to extracting gold asap
I suspect that if NT is not obtained by the closing date (26/11 - 21 days from toady), the offer will be extended until it is
There is no facility to subscribe for additional shares above your entitlement but I am led to understand that if you want more, notify the company & they will advise Novus who may (or not) contact you - you may need a sophisticated investor certificate
