We are being asked to blindly accept MINs offer without even being able to see the valuation that NWE commissioned in response to the initial offer. I've a small holding compared to many others on here but definitely have some questions that require answers.
1) what sweeteners do NWE board members get to convert their NWE to MIN?
2) what has changed our boards attitude so suddenly? I don't believe its the change from 1367 to 1300.
3) what was the outcome of the valuation commissioned by NWE?
Rhetorical question for extra points: why are these lowball offers all scrip and no cash?
I intend to buy more on market when trading resumes Friday, if everyone does that, it drags MIN further from their goal. the current price and MINs offer are a long way from my target and exit price. We all have the opportunity to force MIN to buy on market, once sellers dry up, they'll have to pay a fair price if they want control. Collectively, we do have some power here.
