    After your last post on this I went and had a look at The Boat Fund out of interest (as I had not heard of them before) to compare with Pie, who I follow closely. I had a look at a couple of the TBF reports and my impression is that Pie Funds 'buys in' a little earlier than TBF. Pie appears to enter into large positions into companies that are in very early growth mode, but before headline NPAT and divvies are showing. The Boat Fund buys small caps that have clear runs on the board and are more well known, but are still technically in the small cap space. Pie gets my nod for being more cutting edge.

    In the tech space? Cant comment on that. To me neither have a focus in this area. Pie got into AZV very early. SPZ.

    FYI I also buy Under the Radar as a very good small cap specialist to find early leads into the small cap sector.

    Just my impressions.
