That is assuming the 5% is correct. There are quite a few others out there also targeting 5+% ROW production ~ MKA, PRE, PEK, HAS, VML, ASM, ILU etc etc, Speaking of which, how much Thorium does Iluka have ? Monazite sand is notorious for it, their Wimmera deposit has values of up to 16,000ppm ! Which just goes to prove Government / Public Service does not do due diligence when they are giving away money.
