Minerals associated with the manufacture of EVs have are flavour of the month (in some ways flavour of the week) after various articles about how car manufacturers are scrambling to secure supply. The result is wild fluctuations in share prices of miners. For example, shares in some lithium mining companies have risen 500% even though they don’t yet have a mine. These share prices are bound to collapse when the frenzy abates.

The difference with ARU is that they are well advanced in developing the mine and treatment plant, have overcome the approval hurdles, are well positioned to obtain finance and they are a good long term prospect. Nevertheless ARU share prices will continue to be subject to fluctuations.
