    I see.. thank you... I thought the pegging of .569 is an absolute number , its actually a ratio mechanism (though could not fully understand it - but now I have some hints).. MOST important is GO Galaxy & ORE!!! is all I need to know right now.. lets continue the party - see you guys at $6 Party Thread heheh...GL to all.. Been a nice 2 months since I came back to HC
