Attended the 12pm auction today at 17 princess street lidcome, vendor bid came in at 380k after only other bid was 300k.
450sqm on park frontage in Sydneys new money suburb of Lidcome North and it was on the market for 380k and failed to sell.
Three years ago this would of got at least high fives to maybe six!
Lidcome North is new Strathfield - millionaire row for Westys like me!
