This is all pretty disappointing. Can't wait for the weak as p#ss rationale because the last one was pathetic and insincere. Perhaps they would like to update the market on production and regulatory/export licence delays and where the hell we are at? A little transparency would be nice seeing we are heading for yet another round of allegedly "previously not going to be needed" dilution because we are absolutely being kept in the dark here.
