Fair enough response on my last post I guess. I've said my bit now on that issue and won't post on that again.
On the situation for TPT and JKA. Perhaps if there was a mechanism where transactions that significantly alter a company's assets or business, needed to get a certain level of shareholder support, before they can be implemented. This, whilst cumbersome, might assist shareholders to get more information and transparency on major company decisions prior to them being made?
We (the poor old retail JKA investors) got no discussion or information prior to the TPT bid and JKA acceptance announcement. Seems to me TPT investors didn't get much say in the relinquishment of TPT's other assets either?
