There is onr way shareholders could attempt to recover their losses - via a class action against the directors for a breach of their duties.

I am certain that the directors would have a policy of D&O Insurance. The policy probably has a limit of liability of between $10 to $20 million (based on my knowledge of D&O) (which is even more than the current market cap). A class action against the directors that ultimately forces the insurers to pay the shareholders may go some way to restoring some losses.

Perhaps Maurice Blackburn and IMF would be interested in running it?
