    I agree that CTO's past isn't good and I expected to have people replying like this however at what price does it become a buy???

    Some people on here may say never. Some others may say that now is the right time to buy.

    Some may say that it is good for the short term trade while others may like to hold for the long term.

    It's up to the individual choices that we all have.
