I'd base any NST Buy recommendations on two very experienced and knowledgeable board members who not only know the difference between a resource and a reserve (most Geo's get that right too it must be said), but also know and have extensive operations management experience: Bill Beament and Stuart Tonkin.
I believe the gold price will steadily rise too - so I'm hoping their strategy involves developing out current reserves ready to mass stope (high grade the operations) if or when the gold price climbs back over $1600/oz - and give the shareholders a nice reward with increased dividends. Sorry - was thinking out loud again..
