IMO, alway start-up companies need fund to 'make things happen'.

Yes, 100 steps retreat and 50 steps retreat are equal in terms of retreat. But management has not required our pocket money directly like other almost small to medium sized mining companies.

My main focus is that CCC is based in SA which is Africa's superpower and hub country indeed. Botswana coal potential is also good advantage, IMO.

Above all, it is not easy to transform in short period of time any small mining company into real resource production
one like CCC. it shows their business aability.

Furthermore, as they said, coal price has been hedged againt any price downturn to protectpossible loss. This means, in my opinion,they are real professional knowing how to do with what.

Anyway, all these are my personal opinion only.
