1/ for his impressive credentials
2/ to pretend he has something to do with ccc
3/ receives just another one of those infamous feesssss
that are easy to get a hold of if your onboard here .
so in short ---I.M.O. his credentials are being hire --not the man himself --I doubt he could have botched things up this bad
