The 'share consolidation' was part of the problem, ill conceived in my opinion_with the share-price retreating to the present lows.

In six to twelve months time we may be looking back and thinking--if only I had bought some stock @ 8.7 cents.

Hope there are no delays in 'start-up' of Penumbra.

The only way to 'off-set' dilution is to buy more shares when they are at the bottom of their 'cycles',or when Funkymonk gives the 'green-light'-:)

Company 'turn around' is on my wish-list going forward.
