    Nippon has been in a recession for over 20 years.

    I'm not sure the new plan will help in the scheme of things.

    The aging population which will by 2050 be 50% over 65yo is a sure sign that Japan (and many similar countries) will be in a far worse economic state a they regress towards that date.
