    Control is the problem.

    Paper gold is the problem with gold.

    The playing with paper certificates that are worthless has unhinged the banking sector and as you say control is the problem.

    The costs of the worthless wealthy are always born by the rest of us when a firing squad could bring order and discipline to the financial sector within weeks at a very low cost to the community.
