This is a global problem, I think Chicago in the USA is the worst from what I have read.
There are other issues arising as well, mainly due to COVID. Ports are shutting down with outbreaks. Larger ones like Yantian

Finally there is a massive crisis brewing in the actual crews that sail and manage the ships. Some have been stuck on vessels since the start of COVID due to country restrictions, which is really impacting their welfare. There is also the issue of recruiting new crew into the industry.
