The poster that you refer to is on my ignore list.

He is an utter moron and has no clue of how finance/lending works.

I raised a different point of view and he told me it was crap and that he lnew better.

I quizzed him on certain things and he damced around the answers.

I put questions to him even very specific answer - even a yes or no and he still couldn't answer.

He is a clown and a deliberate time waster and i would encourage other contributors to assess his content accordingly and take measures to disengage with them (ignore feature)

I'm all for balanced debate and alternate views, but not with someone who deliberately wastes time and does not know what they are talking about, yet provides a stinky opinion.
