They are suspended ....so cant be suspended any more than they are.
These guys dont know how to tell the truth l suspect ( mind you .....neither do most public company directors ......)
So l guess they are just gunna say nothing .
Those poor unbanked Phillipino people ......will most likely get banked some other way
