99.9% chance the report will NOT be released Monday IMO.
PIL stated in the last update that they are raising 1.5m via a convertible note. That 1.5m con note will need to be filled IMO BEFORE ASX will let them rusume trading.
Therefore i believe they haven't completely filled that con note and are waiting to fill it before they release the report.
Absolutely no point in releasing the report UNTIL they have that funding in place. If they did release the report without havig that 1.5m secured, the auditor would put the exact same disclaimer on it and ASX would not allow them to resume trading.
Secure the 1.5m then release the report and ASX should let them resume trading IMO.
Don't get caught up in worrying about the late report, suspension is the only punishment for that and PIL are already suspended.
What we don't know is exactly how much of that 1.5m has already been raised?
