    By my best assumption this years end we will see a takeover offer for CPL.

    I see this being over $5 per share based on the following.

    Takeover premium
    Continual resource upgrades.
    Offtakes signed.
    BFS complete.
    Port allocation agreed.
    Rising Coal price.
    Industry consolidation.

    Almost think $5 could be conservative as this Board of Directors/shareholders know how to do a deal !!
