"Hopefully not another extension on the 29th DEC"
For the current extension, which expires of 29th of Dec to be the last one requires the supp target statement that the TOP demanded to be publish no later than tomorrow, as the terms state that the offer must extend to 10 business days after the publication of the supp target statement and we have a couple of extra non-business days coming up for Christmas.
Expert HAS to report within 3 months of the order, i.e. before 6th Jan, and supp target statement will come out quickly after that, so expect one final extension, which is in keeping with my initial Jan 2024 guess when the TOP order came out.
2nd/3rd week of Jan is my expectation.
