Crazy stuff is happening. The main danger is over now, but they are carrying on like it's getting worse. Governments failed to prepare for a likely pandemic, mishandled it when it arrived, got us to fight each other, and are now going into a weird totalitarian mode. I would have thought the people would resist, but the majority seem to support the incompetent, illogical, and immoral governments.
