Aside from a little bit of recent price action, there's been nothing at all to indicate that ROC is 5 weeks into potentially lucrative drilling campaign and just a few weeks from hitting their target depth. I was always of the opinion that ROC was very good at providing the market with drilling updates, but this time around, perhaps when it matters most, they have gone silent. Too busy trying to plug the well maybe?
