The Labor stooges are in all sorts of bother on this.
The monsoon season seems to be the longest on record. And they can't trot out the "Rudd fixed it" line anymore since Rudd's flagship policy Manus Island is such a disaster.
Looks like they have picked the best option - just go quiet on it and hope it goes away.
After all, which fool would keep this in the news when all it does is highlight how big a disaster it was under Labor.
