watso is lucky that he was born in australia, and contributed to australia - as has most of the family, the extended family (including the inlaws).... watso's parents were full fare paying migrants that came to australia after the war - but the rest of the family , in western europe, also ended up with good lives - so even if watso was born in western europe, the outcome would have been similar.
last night in sbs, watso caught the tail end of a show about northern africa (it must have been a repeat - as watso had seen it before) - and watso's heart bleeds for the people in those refugee camps.. sadly, we cannot take them all in... ohhh - it seems that there is some religious mob that want to control everything
