I have just got of the phone from FAS who advised me they are in discussions with their lawyers sometimes up to 5 times day.

If there is a "material" announcement to be made it will be made without any delay.

They were excited about the acquisition of SHIP North but disappointed by the markets reaction.

When questioned about the interest rates payable on loans, it was explained that these(rates)have been announced.

When asked about an announcement before the AGM I was told "cant tell you if there will or wont be"
