Yes this is correct. Basically MUS gets back all the money put in to the development before there is any split of revenue. If you add up all the cash that has been put in by the investors into MUS (the vast majority has been spent on mining) we should get the bulk of the revenue unless the auction is a truely gigantic success.
We basically have a floor on the first auction. If it were only to achieve $10 to $15 million then all the revenue will flow to MUS. I actually think CJ and CVW have gone out of their way to be fair to MUS - the fact they sold us 65% of the lease that has given us 300K of rubies for a bit over $2 million in script was very generous.
My expectation is the next leases are not going to be so cheap, but provided they are fairly priced we can all live with it.
