WHY, I am not sure that is likely in the next couple of years but beyond that they are going to have cash coming out the wazoo. Probably enough for M&A and divis. Things look really really good here. As I have said before, I suspect we will see them sign a deal with Voluntis for a treatment monitoring product, worth noting that Eisai also took a very small equity position in Voluntis and if we see them increase that it will be a very clear sign we are headed in that direction.
