I might be missing something but I'm not sure why folks are hanging on this year's result. This stock should be one of the most predictable/pleasantly boring in the market as its earnings/distributions will go up in line with CPI. Next year and the year after might be a different story when the five year market reviews are due. With NextDC now developing and retaining its new properties I can't imagine there will be any expansion of APDC's portfolio. The only concern might come 11 years from now if NextDC believe APDC's data centres are past their use by date.
