It doesn't cost $300k let along $600k to build an apartment in Parramatta. Its mainly land value. And if you get a lot unemployment the market will be flooded with sellers with the banks taking whatever they can get. Top end gold coast is already down 60-70% and yet you think 50% can't happen elsewhere?
