    The market expects $5 based on less earning and dividend forecast for 2013..

    Earning for 2013 is about 35.9c ==> expected dividend is 17.7,c yielding 3% at best based on the current SP of $5.65

    Things may improve in the future, but forecast dividend is about 24c for 2014.
