The ones with neutral rating have an $8 target.

Everyone looking to grab some OZL at $5, why not sell some put options at a $5 strike. Because it just might not make it all the way down to $5, then at least you would have been paid some premium for the wait. Maybe it will only hit $5.50 before it starts heading back up.
