I am predicting FMG will go to $100 per share. Andrew Forrest will build a business making pure iron using renewable energy and completely change the game. Not only will he be able to export 40% more Fe in the same trains and ships because of the purity, he will get a massive price premium because of the grade and the renewable energy used to make it.
Plus FMG will use the profits to become the world's leading energy business, making and exporting renewable hydrogen.
At $100 per share FMG will continue to pay high dividends and make all holders rich. In addition to the share price of $100 FMG holders will be given shares in FFI which will be a major entity in its own right.
My $100 per share prediction is equally as valid as your lowball prediction. In many ways my prediction is more realistic than yours. We are both just guessing. However my guess is more fun so why don't we run with mine. Yours is boring.
