Read the last 2 lines of the November 2008, MArion Energy Company Profile - actually its on page 25 in the presentation.
**The bit about the petroleum physicist with 35yrs experience needs to be looked at more closely in my mind.
If you then read the 7 lines above it, you will find that the entire report "may be based on assumptions, express, implied or not apparent from the material".
Have a laugh and wask yourself exactly what a geophys. with 35yrs has been trained to do - as opposed to assume.
I am looking at the statement closely now - as far as responsible reporting goes and the duty of care of the assumer or whether by use of this disclaimer there was any responsible reporting done at all in this report.
Look at all the fine print folks and know it may all be assumed if 'necessary' (to do what?).
*** And with that, an adage for you all to ponder which i was reminded of today:
"You cant make a Silk Purse out of a Pigs ear!"
