Just to clear something up as I hate seeing wrong assumptions posted as facts. Crowd1 owns Miggster. Check the domain registrations, privacy policy and terms and conditions on the site. No mention of Emerge all Crowd1. According the privacy policy Emerge should not be able to access or see any of the user data from the site.
Crowd1 has licenced the tournament system off Emerge.
so if Crowd1 goes down so does this. It's not just C1 doing marketing for them.
