I don't know why you think that GGG's neighbour is in liquidation.
Even if it were, the sale of the Greenland tenements to EPM would not help.
Have a look at EPM's announcement of 14 Jan 2021. The only beneficiary of the sale is a company called Cerium, which ASIC records show was registered only three months before the deal was announced. It has ten shares on issue that are owned by two people - neither of whom are recorded as having connections with GGG's neighbour.
What is Cerium and when and how did it get hold of the Ivittuut tenements that it sold to EPM? Heaven knows.
