Maybe you should look at it in another way....
GML Rare Earth Mine has Uranium content as by product.
That still represents about 6% of world supply. The entry point into GML at this timefor Global X is low.
GML are most likely going to end up with some form of compromise however that also may be dependent on the 100 limit being adjusted as we do not know the final on the Bill as yet....
However I do think it will move forward whatever happens...
The SP will then increase at what level it's guessing at this time...
However the Resource is still there and what ever happens if a change of government is required to get it off the ground. Global X can only look forward to substantial Gain in the future. As the world is going to need Nuclear energy and the price is forecast too continue to increase.....
