Royalty entitlements resume being generated by mill
throughput from 1 January 2012 at a rate of $3.50 per tonne of ore processed, to a $5.725 million
maximum (inclusive of actual and foregone royalties to date).

No Throughput = no royalty payments...... and INL may well need cash before they eventually resume either thru Hellyer or a third party Mill nearby.
Still up in the air and many things can happen before then.
ALso if BSM were by some chance to be taken over by another entity then i think the royalties may dissapear.Not 100% sure on that though.
