The problem being is that the new owner has to want use the mill!! Our royalty is from throughput. As BSM has said there are other mills in the area that can be utilised so a new owner could easily use its own mill and avoid a royalty payment whether they have done a deal with INL or not. Funny things happen in business!!
The main thing is we cannot count on our royalty money until it is in the bank so INL has to come up with other funds in the meantime to keep its head above water.
