I tend to take a contrarian view and buy stocks that are unwanted and hated at the right price
The mass media has definitely done a lot to knock down the efforts of MRC - they report basically the enviors views....at 33 cents its cheap....most punters are leaving it alone..waiting for a cabinet decision
