Tax selling is a distinct possibility but I don't see much benefit in speculating on share price fluctuations myself.
The crystal ball is cloudy on the next Financial Year, my best guess is oil is stuck at $50 due to a miguided belief in the "new normal) but I am fully invested in STO in case I am wrong.
I really think around Christmas will be STO's time to shine. I don't think $35-40 per barrel breakeven will be sustainable for long as they need to reinvest in the business but the oil price will be going higherand more than compensating.
