Welp, just heard that rumor about A1, from the sounds of it the mine is doing quite badly unfortunately. Apparently they have let 14 people go (a big chunk of the crew) and are running a skeleton crew, this is due to poor gold production and financial constraints.
Surprised they haven't updated us but I guess they aren't keen on putting out bad news although that seems quite suss in my opinion.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news everyone but I thought everyone here deserves to know and be on equal footing.
