Sounds like poor management has been running a potentially a good gold mine opportunity.
Hopefully the new bloke can get it all going properly going forward.
I like the project but thought when I saw the emergency placement just before Xmas I should sit on the sidelines and wait for the January exploration report for the December quarter just to get a better idea ( reading between the official lines) of what has been going on.
That is just my way of doing things. You do what's best for you.
