Why do you always post the over valued property stuff on the ANZ thread? CBA and WBC have the biggest exposure to retail mortgages.
Over valued they may be, but Oz property values won't suffer any serious decline until much more housing supply is created. The US had a home building boom before its property crash, we haven't.
