Agree NLR - most are waiting for that magical 12 months and beyond. There are many who accumulated quite a bit from Sept/Oct to Dec and would be hit hard if they sold now. I can't imagine giving almost half of my profits to Mr tax man when I expect it to keep rising anyway.... Personally, I won't be parting with ANY until the end of this year.
