    I understand the extra land makes a proposed pit shell better shaped with better space for out of pit dumps and infrastructure. It looks like it makes good sense with extra coal being a bonus. A good deal I think, particularly with WICET Stage 1 capacity coming available via the likes of BND not being ready.
